Of 9 break-downs of reproductive isolation resulting in introgressive hybridization of adaptive alleles conferring resistance to pyrethroid insecticides (e_g, kdr alleles). The authors are here following up the report of the presence of IGS-hybrids at frequencies >20% and ~5% in a coastal and in an inland village in Côte d`Ivoire, respectively.
