SUMMARY
The kit is based on multiplex PCR, which simultaneously amplifies HPV genotypes classified into two major groups, low-risk (LR) types such as HPV-6 and -11, and high-risk (HR) types or 3 of 14 carcinogens such as HPV-16, -18, -31, -33, -52 and -58, depending on the ability of the virus to induce malignant transformation. In relation to CYP2E1 expression, the results demonstrate that the highest signal found in this study by HPV infection was the overexpression of CYP2E1, and moreover, a differentially higher expression was detected in MI-HPV compared . . .
