- what: This work highlighted the significance of PAD in cell differentiation, a finding supported by another extensive embryonic study in which PAD4 and histone citrullination were identified as major regulators of pluripotency . Similarly, this study demonstrated that human and mouse tumor cells could be captured by NETs in_vitro .
