HIGHLIGHTS
- What: The aim of this study is to analyse to what extent the difference between the quantity and quality of Human Capital (HC) is relevant to the quantity and quality of inward Foreign (FDI). The focus of this study is on the education component of HC, which has been measured mostly by "quantity of education" or the average years of schooling. For this study, PISA is considered to be a good proxy for the quality of education, it aims to measure the ability of students to the functional application of knowledge.
