The study found that in the absence of formal alumni associations, existing networks predominantly consist of friendship-based groups that rely on social media platforms and text messaging services (e_g, Facebook, LINE, WhatsApp) for information exchange, with minimal focus on professional interactions. Despite the students` thorough research focus on their home countries` educational and social development in their theses, there is currently no formal mechanism in place to cultivate stronger networks aimed at fostering collective action.
