- what: As hymeglusin decreased BCL2 expression, venetoclax could inhibit the activity of BCL2; thus, a combination strategy of both inhibitors was considered. The study showed that similar effects were achieved with a lower concentration of venetoclax combined with hymeglusin than with venetoclax alone. In primary cells, the combinatorial strategy with hymeglusin and venetoclax showed Frontiers . . .
