  • What: Pearson correlation analysis was conducted to examine the correlation of each gene module with TB disease and health characteristics. In the study , nine modules (indicated by the colors of Brown, Pink, Turquorise, Red, Yellow, Green, Black, Blue, and Grey) were identified according to the average linkage hierarchical clustering .
