- how: The authors used available chicken fibroblast Hi-C u00addata38. Using this approach the authors identified 486 interzone-specific CEs (Supplementary Table 11 examples of enhancer analysis are given in Fig 7a). The authors carried out an integrative analysis of transcriptomic and epigenetic data and subsequently generated a ChIP-seq based CE atlas for separated interzone and phalange respectively.
