SUMMARY

While rare in the soybean P. sojae pathosystem, three major QDRL for partial resistance to P. sojae have been previously reported (Tucker et_al, 2010; Lee et_al, 2014; de Ronne et_al, 2021). Among those, the major QDRL referred to as QDRL18 have been identified on chromosome 18 (981-2,833 kb) (Lee et_al, 2014; Karhoff et_al, 2019), distal (>48.1 Mbp) from the six Rps genes previously mapped to this chromosome (Diers et_al, 1992; Demirbas et_al, 2001; Sandhu et_al, 2004; Sun et_al, 2014; Sahoo et_al, 2017, 2021).
