• What: The authors aim to deepen the understanding of how health safeguards are integrated within IIAs. The aim of this study is to perform link prediction in the BIT network, identifying critical features that influence the establishment of new BIT. This research seeks to identify key factors that influence the formation of BITs by assessing the importance of different node features in this classification, including temporal trends. The analysis of these periods reveals how the importance of various features has shifted, possibly reflecting the changing dynamics of the global economy and policy focus.
