- what: This research investigated m6A methylation in UC. The authors retyped the UC patients with m6A characteristics, and it is shown that the expression levels of YTHDC1, RBM15, METTL3, HNRNPC, YTHDF1, FTO, ALKBH5, and YTHDF2 were significantly higher in cluster B (p and amp;lt; 0:0001).
