- What: This study examines the relationship between aggression and dynamics in settings exploring how anxiety-induced aggression impact cohesion and the capacity to deal with conflict effectively. Participants and Sample Size For the purpose of this study, a total of 200 participants selected from a varied range of group settings, namely teams in a workplace context, academic groups, and organizational groups based on communities.
