- What: This study examined staff, patient, and public perspectives and NHS quantitative data to provide a complete picture of outpatient asynchronous consultation system adoption. The primary focus was on the newly implemented pathways - gastroenterology and pain management - while adult dermatology served effectively to provide context, helping to illustrate the transferability from one medical specialty to another in a real-world scenario. The approach was the same as for focus group analysis, but this time the coding framework was informed by Greenhalgh and colleagues` evidence-based conceptual model for evaluating factors affecting diffusion, dissemination, and implementation of innovations . . .
