This work determined aberrantly expressed miRNAs (hsa-mir-30c-1, hsamir-328, hsa-mir-1301, hsa-mir-326, and hsa-mir-193b) as well as lncRNAs (C8orf34-AS1, FENDRR, FMR1-AS1, HELLPAR, and NRAV) that possibly contributed to the aberrant expression of GCLC and relevant prognostic genes in LUAD via the post-transcriptional modulation mechanisms.
