HIGHLIGHTS
- What: The aim of this study is to raise of university students who frequently use web technologies about so that they can ensure their security with their own efforts. As a result of the study, it was found that users did not know the names of the cookies and their purposes. In this study, an interactive online training consisting of 12 lessons was conducted to raise awareness about cookies. In this model, quantitative and qualitative data are collected from participants simultaneously, which support each other (Brannen, 2005).
