- what: In the study conducted by Nimac et_al , GEV was employed to estimate the return value curves for the Zagreb-Grič station from 1908 until 2020. The analysis showed that short-duration wet events (rainfall levels greater than the appropriate 10-year return values) became increasingly common after the 1970s.
