- What: The aim of the study is to identify the strategies used by teachers in the teaching process specifically in ensemble teaching to enhance students` by meeting their psychological needs (autonomy sense of competence and sense of relatedness). Next, the relevant motivation theories and research will be reviewed and their specific applications in music education will be explored to provide a theoretical basis for subsequent analysis. Intrinsic motivation is the individual`s active participation due to interest and pleasure in the activity itself, while extrinsic motivation relies on external rewards or results, such as grades or praise . . .
