- what: The authors evaluated the expression of MHC II, CD80 and CD86 on DCs in mice infected with E. multilocularis.
- how: The data showed that the expression of the forementioned molecules on DCs was significantly increased on DCs in infected IDO1 -/- mice compared to that in infected wild-type mice suggesting that IDO1 is a negative regulator of DCs maturation . . .
