The nucleotide sequence for a fusion_protein of_(GP)2GH6(G4S)3 linker and COMP was amplified by PCR using a plasmid pB-spacer which includes nucleotide sequence for ­ (G4S)3-COMP and primers (sense, 5′-GGG​CTC​GAG​GGT​CCA​GGA​CCT​GGA​ CATC-3′ and antisense, 5′-GGG​CTC​GAG​TCA​GCC​ CGG​GGT​ACG​GGCC-3′).
