  • what: The authors focus on the range of u03bbu03d5h values leading to efficient inflaton-Higgs scattering and eventual thermalization of the inflaton-Higgs system. As the authors show later, this sets the lower bound u03bbu03d5h u2273 10-8 -10-7: While the inflaton may be lighter or heavier than the Higgs, the authors require mu03d5 > 2ms; such that perturbative decay u03d5 u2192 ss is allowed.
