- what: The aim of this work consists in the evaluation of the two-phases effect on the XEC values and its consequences on the stresses determined by XRD analysis in cubic crystallographic structures. This model has been used to simulate the cases of several two-phases material: duplex steels, aluminium [3 silicon carbide Metal Matrix Composites (MMC), aluminium - diamond carbon composites, copper - Feu.
