Influence of factors on teachers` achievement as better educators in primary schools

  • What: The aim of this study was to investigate the factors that influence teachers to achieve better educators. The study results of the narrative analysis supported the notion that motivation experience surroundings and culture influences teacher development. The purposive sampling was used to select participants in the research with specific criteria related to the research objective (Mat, Hadrian, 3 validity of the items before being distributed to participants.
