- what: The authors provide evidence that alterations in chromatin modifying enzymes including KDM6A and members of the SWI/SNF complex are frequent in muscle-invasive bladder cancer. The authors show that EZH2 inhibition is most effective in bladder cancer cells with both SWI/SNF family member and KDM6A mutations, and is capable of augmenting cisplatin response . . .
