- What: Together the studies provide immunological insights into the mechanisms of broad protection conferred by dual vaccination against SARS-CoV-2 variants. In this brief study, the authors aim to understand both the early- and late-phase events stimulated in the mRNA_vaccines . The aim of this study is to evaluate the innate immune_response of either LNPs, and/or LNPs encapsulating mRNA-S or mRNA-N or mRNA-S+N in mice. The study showed that IL-6 and MIP-1 are the two major cytokine/chemokines induced by the mRNA_vaccines , which is consistent with prior reports .
