SUMMARY
The above-mentioned problems have compelled Bangladeshi textile companies to apply various process technologies and innovations to resolve low productivity. The Malmquist productivity index (MPI) is a tool that can also serve to determine the efficiency of internal processes and the level of technological innovation as well as overall productivity in a company.
