  • What: In this study, the capacity of GAM1p to produce IMOS from maltose was analysed in detail as well as its ability to glycosylate different saccharide acceptors and phenolic compounds. For the analysis of glycosylated phenolic compounds, a Zorbax Eclipse Plus C18 3.5 μm (Agilent Technologies, Santa Clara, CA, USA) column was employed.
