Public services encompass a wide range of activities that are dedicated to delivering services to the community in accordance with set regulations. According to Article 1 Point 1 of Law No 25 of 2009, public services encompass actions that pertain to fulfilling the societal requirements for commodities, services, and administrative provisions offered by the government in accordance with legal provisions.
