SUMMARY
Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumour (IMT) is a distinctive lesion composed of myofibroblastic spindle cells with a prominent inflammatory infiltrate of lymphocytes, eosinophils, and plasma cells. Some regions contained substantial spindle cells with tumour-like proliferation, and chronic inflammatory cell infiltration in surrounding areas (Fig 3A, D). Spindle-shaped myofibroblasts are loosely arranged, surrounded by edema-like mucus-like background, with a large number of blood vessels . . .
