  • who: Leelach Rothschild and colleagues from the overdoses as an adjunct to antidotal therapy and ACLS protocols (modified to reduce vasopressor treatment)While not yet considered a generic first-line treatment in the setting of unknown drug overdoses, the use of ILE should be strongly considered, particularly in failed resuscitations. We anticipate that future animal studies and additional case reports will help shape the evolving recommendations for non-LA toxicities.
