Investigating organizational loyalty in maritime companies among generation x and millennials using partial least squares structural equa-tion modeling

• What: In the maritime sector, higher levels of organizational loyalty have been linked to work motivation (Bhattacharya, 2015; Ayap and amp; Macalalad, 2016). The study showed that among seafarers from the three Philippine manning agencies surveyed, the opportunity to utilize one`s skills and social interaction were important indicators of loyalty.
