- What: The aim of this research is to clarify the complex connections between the built environment, diet, socioeconomic status, physical activity, and chronic diseases in Mashhad University of Medical Sciences staff members. This study showed that physical activity is not related to the state of chronic diseases. The study focused on neighborhood facilities, assuming individuals used them, which may not always be the case.
