HIGHLIGHTS
- What: In this study 27 TMP-SXT-resistant baumannii isolates were obtained from various clinical samples. In this study, the presence of class I and class II gene cassettes in A. baumannii isolates was determined with polymerase_chain_reaction (PCR). Such studies necessitate a coordinated national approach, and these limitations will be the primary focus of future research.
