  • What: Cecilia Mattedi, Mirco Rodeghiero, Roberto Zorer This study was aimed to 1) compare different instruments to measure leaf temperature (T leaf) and 2) figure out the best method to assess the dry and wet reference temperatures (Twet and Tdry) for the computation of the Crop Water Stress Index (CWSI). This research work was conducted at the Molini Bassi vineyard (Fig 2a) of the Fondazione Edmund Mach (FEM), former Istituto Agrario di San Michele all`Adige (Trento, Italy). Following the approach proposed in this study, CWSI maps could be obtained to give practical support for irrigation management . . .
