• What: In this study, four different types of destroy operators and four different types of repair operators A. WU ET AL. are designed. In the paper , four repair operators are proposed: greedy insertion in view of the transportation cost, greedy insertion considering the total driving distance, greedy insertion in light of total cost with perturbation, greedy insertion in view of the number of shared bikes loaded on the transport vehicle.
