SUMMARY
The research aims to find out the effect of changing the characteristics of accessibility and connectivity as integrative conservation criteria on the structural characteristics of the historic urban fabric. It goes beyond it to comprehensive planning, developing worn-out areas, and preserving historical areas by following comprehensive plans that are sensitive to the social, economic, and urban characteristics of the local urban environment and integrate with its positive outcomes.
