    Creation of Cry2Ab‑resistant strains Hz‑R2 and Yellow‑R2. The authors screened ­G1 neonates from both Hz-R2 and Yellow-R2 on diet containing the diagnostic concentration of 1 μg Cry2Ab per c­ m2 diet. Survival was 58% for Yellow-R2 (n=224) and 93% for Hz-R2 (n=192), suggesting that CRISPR/Cas9 efficiently introduced germline . . .
