Landscape of the epigenetic regulation in wound healing

HIGHLIGHTS

  • who: DNA methylation and colleagues from the melweis University, Hungary Sciences (DRDO), India have published the research work: Landscape of the epigenetic regulation in wound healing, in the Journal: (JOURNAL)
  • what: This study showed that miR-378a could interfere with multiple pathways to regulate wound healing. miR-132 enhanced migration of human dermal fibroblast (HDF) by down-regulating RASA1 expression during the wound healing course (Li et_al, 2017). In terms of mechanism exploration, this studies concentrate mainly on miRNA-related epigenetic regulation, while lncRNA and circRNA are not thoroughly studied.
