HIGHLIGHTS
- who: Yue Li from the Department of Cancer, Tianjin Medical University Tianjin, China have published the research: LARRPM restricts lung adenocarcinoma progression and M2 macrophage polarization through epigenetically regulating LINC00240 and CSF1, in the Journal: (JOURNAL)
- what: The authors identified a LUAD-related lncRNA, LOC100270746, with the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) Reference Sequence Number of NR_026776.1. In the present study, LARRPM was downregulated in LUAD tissues and cells compared with noncancerous lung tissues and bronchial epithelial_cells. This study provides novel evidence for the roles of lncRNAs as epigenetic modulators.
