- What: This approach provides a more precise and more accurate way to understand cellular lipid content and composition, which not only advances the field of lipidomics but also provides a valuable tool for the bioenergy industry and ensures efficient algal biofuel development. In this paper, LTRS technology and its applications in biochemical sensing are discussed in depth, the basic principles and system structure of its combination of optical tweezers and Raman spectroscopy are described, and the latest research progress of related technologies is introduced.
