    Jiang P et_al constructed a tumor immune dysfunction and exclusion (TIDE) model based on the status of T_cell dysfunction and exclusion. Besides, the TIDE model only focused on the T_cells` status, which may not be insufficient to reflect the complexity of the TME in patients with NSCLC. TME subgroup B was characterized by higher-level infiltration of plasma cells, CD8+ T_cells, memory activated CD4+ T_cells, follicular helper T_cells, gamma delta T_cells, activated natural killer cells, and M1 macrophages. TME subgroup C was featured by a notable elevated regulatory T_cell (Treg) and M0 macrophage infiltration . . .
