  • What: This study provides the crucial insight that no demonstrated changes occurred in the practice of resuscitation at age thresholds of 60, 70, 80, and 90 years associated with LDB in a large nationwide cohort of OHCA patients. To ascertain the impact of LDB on the behavior of resuscitators, the authors focused on the frequency of behaviors by family members, paramedics, and physicians rather than the clinical outcomes of patients. This study evaluated the presence of LDB at one-year intervals.
