- What: This study analyzes the legal implications of in railway crossing accidents focusing on a fatal case in Karawang West Java. The research method used is normative legal research, which focuses on existing legal rules and norms, such as negligence classified as a criminal offense. The aim of this research is to identify legal principles and policies that can be applied to reduce similar cases that occur. The aim of this article is to enforce safety norms and encourage individuals to act carefully to protect the health and safety of others.
