The unique electrophysiological signature characteristic of primary orthostatic tremor is a 13-18 Hz tremor in the lower limb muscles (and sometimes the trunk) in the standing position. A 46-year-old lady was diagnosed with "primary orthostatic tremor" after 10 years . . .
