Ling-gui-zhu-gan promotes adipocytes browning via targeting the mir-27b/prdm16 pathway in 3t3-l1 cells

• Who: Wenyi Kang and colleagues from the Henan University, China have published the research: Ling-gui-zhu-gan promotes adipocytes browning via targeting the miR-27b/PRDM16 pathway in 3T3-L1 cells, in the Journal: (JOURNAL) of 16/02/2024
• How: The results showed that 49 compounds were identified in LGZGcontaining serum by UHPLC-Q-Orbitrap HRMS including compounds such as atractylenolides and polyporenic acid C etc. The results showed that compared with the nontreated adipocytes 3T3-L1 adipocytes exposed to LGZG-containing serum did not evoke significant changes in cell viability .
