Affecting 2-4% of the middle-aged population, obstructive sleep_apnea (OSA) is currently the most prevalent sleep-related disorder, with increasing medical, social and economic implications. Data regarding long-term PAP adherence and results in OSA are scarce and divergent, varying largely depending on the population and program characteristics. Data regarding long-term PAP results in OSA are limited and divergent, as only a limited number of studies have addressed long-term results in OSA.
