Long-term adherence to continuous positive airway pressure in patients with obstructive sleep apnoea set up in a complete remote pathway: a single-centre service evaluation project

  • What: The aim of this service evaluation project was to describe the long-term adherence to CPAP. Of note, patients in the face-to-face group had less severe OSA , which could be a potential bias, as the project has concluded that disease severity was associated with long-term adherence for patients in the remote pathway. These factors were not evaluated in any of the studies and should be the focus of future research.
