SUMMARY
Effective screening methods are currently lacking for many cancers. Given the aggressive nature of some cancers, symptoms may indicate a certain diagnosis. In the absence of symptoms, cancers may be detected incidentally at an advanced stage. The authors present the case of a patient with asymptomatic pulmonary metastasis of uterine leiomyosarcoma (ULMS).
