SUMMARY

    For zero magnetic_field, ε′ is nearly temperature independent in the high temperature region, and the onset of a strong upturn of ε′ with cooling is clearly observed near TN. The magnetic_field also shifts up the plateaus of ε′ in the low temperature region under zero magnetic_field. It has the similar shape as the ε′~ T curve under the magnetic_field of 5 T. Although it is not so . . .
