• What: The aim of this study is to provide a literature review on management of ADH1 including new therapies and to formulate Methods The authors provide an overview of conventional and new treatments for ADH1 patients. Based on these data the authors propose practical to assist clinicians in the management of ADH1 patients. This trial showed that association of rhPTH1-84 to calcium supplements and vitamin D results in optimalization and stabilization of serum calcium levels while substantially reducing the need for calcium and vitamin D supplementation.
