HIGHLIGHTS
- What: The aim of this work is to present a screening of possible material candidates that may be suitable for achieving at least partially substitution of components of standard crystalline PV module with recycled, bio-based or bio-degradable materials. The aim of this test is to determine the ability of the module to withstand thermal mismatch, fatigue and other stresses caused by repeated changes of temperature . In this study, various mini-module structures with bio-based and bio-degradable materials as well as an alternative frame material were examined.
